Theatre Projects Consultants to Present Program on Theatre Design for Dallas Spotlight Presentation Series

The Dallas Center for the Performing Arts Foundation's latest installment of its Spotlight Presentation Series was such a success that it is being presented for a second time on Wednesday, October 13, 2004. The Series features innovative presentations about the process and progress of designing and constructing the Dallas Center for the Performing Arts.

The presentation, originally held Wednesday, September 15, 2004, features Theatre Projects Consultants' work as the theatre design consultant for both the Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House and the Charles and Dee Wyly Theatre will be detailed and discussed.

Members of the Theatre Projects team present include Richard Pilbrow, Chairman; Brian Hall, Director of Design; David Taylor, Principal Consultant; and John Coyne, Principal Consultant.

"The Spotlight Presentation Series gives the public insight into the complex nature of designing these innovative cultural venues," said Ruben E. Esquivel, Dallas Center for the Performing Arts Foundation Board Member and Chair of its Communications Committee. "As an integral part of the Center's design team, Theatre Projects Consultants is crucial to ensuring these venues are not just beautiful buildings, but are functional ones as well."

The discussion by Theatre Projects Consultants is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 13 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in Horchow Hall at the Meyerson Symphony Center.
