Client Services Manager
Justine focuses on building strong relationships with our current and prospective clients in North America. She manages all our new business efforts, generating proposals for prospective clients and making sure we understand their needs.
Before joining us, Justine was the director of operations and engagements at The Road Company, an independent theatrical booking agency, where she liaised with performing arts organizations across North America. There, she worked on over 50 national tours including Wicked, Moulin Rouge! The Musical, Ain’t Too Proud, The Band’s Visit, Kinky Boots, and The Illusionists. She’s been the assistant box office manager for Theatre Row’s six-off-Broadway theatres and has worked in several ticketing and front of house roles at ArtsEmerson—Boston’s leading presenter of contemporary world theatre.
Justine continues to consult in the touring sector, advising on feasibility, budgets and financials, marketing campaigns, contract negotiations, production management, and overall national tour direction. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Emerson College in theatre studies with a minor in writing, focusing on arts management, directing, and playwriting. Her life's passions are planning vacations and finding the best burger!
