Cyprus National Theatre
Home of the state theatre of Cyprus, this stunning new facility provides the island nation with a one-of-a-kind cultural center with extensive performance capability. The facility’s mainstage theatre is an intimate drama space with 397 seats distributed among three levels. The room’s intimacy and verticality foster dynamic performances and a fully equipped stagehouse, motorized flying, forestage extension, orchestra pit, and state-of-the-art AV and lighting system provide incredible theatrical flexibility. The arts center’s second performance space, a 150-seat studio theatre, features a balcony, technical ledge, robust rigging systems, and an adjustable stage, capable of endstage, thrust, or arena configurations.
