George Washington Carver Center for Arts and Technology
Ranked in 2015 as one of the nation’s top high schools by U.S. News and World Report, this LEED Silver, 220,000 square foot facility features dance and visual arts studios, light-filled lounges, and other spaces to fulfill the magnet school’s creative curriculum. The 1,000-seat multipurpose theatre features user-friendly lighting and stage equipment, adjustable acoustics, and provides an ideal space for dance, music, theatre, or school assemblies. The 100-seat studio theatre is a perfect setting for acting classes, and alternative performances.
