Ravenscroft Performance Centre
Adaptive reuse of Ravenscroft's warehouse/office spaces to create live performance and recording spaces including a 150-250-seat flat floor venue/soundstage with an overhead grid. which will be used for live performances, video and audio recording, broadcast, and live streaming (Ravenscroft Hall), as well as a second smaller 100-150-seat "club-like" flat floorvenue (Jazz BIrd Cafe), and a recording studio.
