We are looking for a senior-level Project Manager with strong experience in theatrical event producing, presenting, and operations to ensure the clear and timely flow of project information and deliverables throughout the life of a project. Project managers are responsible for external client care, internal team care, and leading a collaborative and inclusive project delivery.

The right person for our team has 10-20 years of project management experience and broad knowledge of how performing arts and themed entertainment venues function. Prior experience in consulting and project management with significant exposure to different types of productions, facilities, and experiential spaces is key for this role.

We prefer this position to be located in our New England office in South Norwalk, CT, but candidates local to our New York City office will also be considered. This position travels frequently.

Salary range for a senior candidate, depending on experience: $120,000 – $160,000 with great benefits like no-cost-to-employee health, dental, and vision coverage options and employee-directed employee engagement funds.
