Allison Mignone

Head of People, Diversity, and Inclusion, Denver

Ali leads human resources as well as diversity and inclusion efforts for the US offices. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and an SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). And in addition to contributing to our strategic planning work as a certified copy editor, Ali is also a trained mediator who specializes in workplace conflict management.

Ali’s been with us since 2005—first as project coordinator, then as operations director and business director in the Connecticut office. Working remotely from Colorado since 2013, she spearheaded the opening of the Denver office in 2018 and its expansion in 2020. Ali’s entertainment industry experience includes working as a production manager at the North Shore Music Theatre (Beverly, MA), where she managed concerts for artists including BB King, Clint Black, Trisha Yearwood, and Lincoln Center Jazz. She spent five years as the stage manager for Strings Music Festival (Steamboat Springs, CO), managing festival orchestra performances and touring performances like The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Asleep at the Wheel, and Lyle Lovett. In addition to her duties at Theatre Projects, Ali is the company manager for  iTheatrics’ Junior Theater Festival—the world’s biggest and best celebration of young people performing musical theatre!

When she’s not telling roadies, musicians, and actors what to do, Ali’s aspirational bio is full of Colorado hiking, skiing, biking, and camping. Her reality bio looks a lot more like reading, finding sunny spots to nap, container gardening, and thinking about lunch.

Our Team

It takes a village to create a special place for a community to call home. Our team brings together specialists with backgrounds in the performing arts, architecture, mechanical engineering, lighting design, acoustics, and more to offer a holistic approach to creating, renovating, or repurposing all forms of storytelling spaces. We understand the decisions that need to be made at every stage of the project and we know how to make a performance space work for artists, audience, and production teams.
