Elizabeth Allen
With her passion for helping others, Elizabeth is perfectly suited for a daily routine that combines organization, management, and patience. As our office manager, she’s instrumental in keeping all three of our US offices running smoothly—from maintaining and updating our databases, to coordinating supplies and logistics.
Elizabeth joined us from Dole Food Company, where she was the assistant to the chief marketing and sustainability officer. Before that, she was an administrative assistant and a customer service web analyst at Belk Corporate, coordinating communication, travel, expenses, calendars, and itineraries for nine vice presidents within the company.
Elizabeth earned her bachelor of arts in creative writing with double minors in theatre and philosophy from Queens University of Charlotte, where she was also the president and treasurer of Alpha Psi Omega, the university’s theatre honor society. It’s no surprise that her hobbies include performing and attending theatre performances, but she’s also an animal-lover and supports local grassroots organizations working to fight homelessness and food insecurity.

It takes a village to create a special place for a community to call home. Our team brings together specialists with backgrounds in the performing arts, architecture, mechanical engineering, lighting design, acoustics, and more to offer a holistic approach to creating, renovating, or repurposing all forms of storytelling spaces. We understand the decisions that need to be made at every stage of the project and we know how to make a performance space work for artists, audience, and production teams.
