Jennifer Segal
With a background in the performing arts and business management, Jennifer brings a well-rounded perspective to our Business Operations team.
Jennifer previously worked in several roles, including vice president of operations, chief operating officer, executive vice president, and board member, at Columbia Artists Management (CAMI), where she had a significant impact on daily operations and the general management of the organization. When Columbia Artists Music (CAMI Music) formed in 2004, she split her time between the two organizations, acting as the chief operating and financial officer at CAMI Music.
Jennifer completed the Advanced Management Senior Executive Program (SEP) offered by Spain’s University of Navarra’s IESE Business School in 2014. She also holds an MBA in management and organizational behavior from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business and a BA in music industry from the State University of New York’s College at Oneonta. Aside from her love of learning—and the performing arts!—Jennifer’s passions include international travel and world culture, hiking, yoga, and environmental conservation. She has served on the Board of the Bedford Audubon Society and fostered Guiding Eyes guide dogs in training.

Our Team
It takes a village to create a special place for a community to call home. Our team brings together specialists with backgrounds in the performing arts, architecture, mechanical engineering, lighting design, acoustics, and more to offer a holistic approach to creating, renovating, or repurposing all forms of storytelling spaces. We understand the decisions that need to be made at every stage of the project and we know how to make a performance space work for artists, audience, and production teams.
