Laura W. Leichtman
Laura is a consultant on the auditorium design team, balancing her time between the New York and the New England office. By weaving together her background in art history, public space, theatre, and architecture, Laura brings a unique perspective to clients and the community at Theatre Projects.
Laura was most recently working at Sargenti Architects as Lead Draftsperson, and before that she worked as an Architectural Designer at SNS Architects & Engineers. Laura has interned at Clarke, Caton, Hintz and held positions in architectural history and research across New York and New Jersey. She also has experience in set design, having worked for SHEM Productions at Rutgers University.
She earned a bachelor of arts in mathematics and art history with a minor in theatre arts from Rutgers University and recently received her master of architecture from University of Miami. In her free time, Laura enjoys completing puzzles of all kinds, practicing playing violin, and reading about history.
