Lydia McDaniels
Lydia is one of our Revit gurus and model managers. She specializes in drafting for all venue types—from high-tech innovation centers to school and college spaces, Broadway-style theatres, and non-traditional performance environments. She also documents design decisions and intent for theatrical equipment, auditorium layouts, seating layouts, and audio-visual systems.
She joined us in 2021 from Kobalt Design Studios, where she worked as a fabricator and painter. Prior to that, she was a mentee at Miziker Entertainment, where she created a promotional video and gained real-world exposure to the themed entertainment industry. She’s also interned at Walt Disney World Resort, where she explored themed entertainment, and at Florida Fabrication, where she created computer models and shop drawings while learning to weld and drive forklifts!
Lydia earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in production design with a concentration in theme parks and attractions from Savannah College of Art and Design. She speaks conversational French and has an artistic flair that spans drawing and painting, storytelling, scenic design, lighting design, and light carpentry.

Our Team
It takes a village to create a special place for a community to call home. Our team brings together specialists with backgrounds in the performing arts, architecture, mechanical engineering, lighting design, acoustics, and more to offer a holistic approach to creating, renovating, or repurposing all forms of storytelling spaces. We understand the decisions that need to be made at every stage of the project and we know how to make a performance space work for artists, audience, and production teams.
