87,000
square foot concert hall
The intimate 1,719-seat concert hall features a demountable orchestra shell and full fly tower. Theatre Projects designed the hall with side boxes and three tiers of balconies pull the audience and performers exceptionally close, achieving an amazing intimacy for a room of its size. The venue also includes a green roof, grand lobby and two multipurpose rehearsal/event spaces that, when combined with the lobby, can hold more than 900 guests.
