Helena Symphony Shire Temple Feasibility and Concept Study

Our work has included developing an organizational plan to addresses operational needs for the Helena Symphony. We are examining programmatic requirements, utilization outlook, potential revenue generation, and long-term impacts on the symphony regarding their acquisition and management of the temple. Through this study our team is establishing a sustainable operational model, identifying community interests and space needs, and exploring revenue models. We’ve engaged with stakeholders to and the community to explore their ambitions, and evaluated potential partnerships with resident companies. Our work includes brand alignment, risk and opportunities analysis, and potential utilization and activation plans.
