The 1,800-seat multipurpose theatre features a flexible proscenium, full fly tower, and a 95-person orchestra pit that can raise to floor level for extra seating using custom lifts and seating wagons. In the concert hall, we designed a motorized stage and machinery that allows the venue to change from a flat floor to a tiered configuration in 60 seconds. We were involved with the facility’s design from the earliest stages, helping divert the project direction away from one large multipurpose hall toward the creation of two world-class venues. The two halls are extremely intimate and share a robust collection of support spaces which run the length of the building.
