The 2,100-seat Belk Theater is a contemporary horseshoe-shaped theatre with an intimate atmosphere and excellent acoustics. The ceiling of the theatre is dominated by a fiber optic network which functions as the main auditorium house lighting. The Booth Playhouse is a 434-seat proscenium theatre with cabaret and in-the-round capabilities. The downtown redevelopment project also includes a 60-story office tower for NCNB and Founders Hall, a 150-foot tall glass atrium structure.
