Penumbra Center for Racial Healing

Our work included assessment of the right-sizing of future venues that match community, market and organizational needs, as well as developed a Phase 1 plan that allows them to enhance and expand their current facility into the first iteration of the Penumbra Center for Racial Healing. With an ambitious vision for a Phase 2 ground-breaking center for the arts, equity, and wellness, we reviewed organizational and spatial needs, and developed a well-informed long-term plan to support their future project planning. We remain engaged with Penumbra to help continue the project plans into the future.
