Theatre Projects joined the project early, collaborating with county officials to define and conceptualize the vision for the amphitheatre and lead a team of performing arts subconsultants. As public land, the venue is open during the day, providing not only a source of substantial revenue for the county, but a scenic setting for recreation as well. The venue was designed, built, and opened in fewer than two years.
