The project totaled 285,000 square feet—146,000 new and 137,000 renovated—executed in six phases over seven years. The new CCM Village includes three performance spaces—a new 300-seat recital hall, 150-seat studio theatre, and a renovation of the 740-seat Corbett Auditorium including updated back of house spaces, a new orchestra shell, updated lighting systems and technical equipment, and infrastructure improvements including fiber connectivity to CCM recording studios.
