Blake Henry joins Theatre Projects as Managing Principal, bringing senior executive leadership experience from destination marketing organizations and civic-focused institutions across the United States. Blake has led mission-driven organizations with responsibility for business development, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. His work has spanned markets nationwide, where he partnered with public and private sector leaders to drive revenue growth, develop new client partnerships, and support long-term, place-based development. In these roles, Blake oversaw large multidisciplinary teams and managed multimillion-dollar budgets in highly collaborative environments.

His background in business development, strategic relationship management, and organizational leadership supports Theatre Projects’ global portfolio and strengthens the firm’s ability to build and sustain client relationships across diverse markets.

Blake holds the Certified Destination Management Executive (CDME), Certified Venue Executive (CVE), and Certified Venue Professional (CVP) credentials and is actively involved in professional organizations focused on civic, destination, and venue development
