Eric Lyga joins Theatre Projects as Project Accounts Manager, bringing over 20 years of finance, operations, and accounting experience across nonprofit, entertainment, and creative-industry organizations — along with personal roots in theatre that predate his professional career.

Before joining Theatre Projects, Eric served as Director of Finance and Operations at Congregation Shir Shalom in Ridgefield, CT, where he managed full-cycle accounting, operations, and financial reporting while working closely with the Board of Trustees on compliance and strategic planning. Prior to that, Eric spent two decades in the entertainment and licensed consumer products industry, including roles at WWE, Gentle Giant Studios, and his own licensed products business.

Eric brings a combination of financial expertise, operational leadership, and a practical approach to improving systems and processes. He has extensive experience streamlining accounting practices to support Theatre Projects’ project teams with the financial management and coordination of its projects.
