Fabrizio has extensive experience in acoustics, noise and vibration control, working on theatres, auditoria, museums, recording studios, and other projects where acoustics is essential to the user experience.

He has a solid foundation in engineering, having studied Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Rome “La Sapienza,” and holds a postgraduate Diploma in Multidisciplinary Design in the Built Environment from the University of Cambridge.

Since joining Theatre Projects in 2017, Fabrizio was mentored by renowned auditorium acoustician Rob Harris before stepping into the role of Acoustics Principal. He now leads the acoustics team and serves as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that acoustic considerations are integrated early in the design process.

Fabrizio oversees all aspects of acoustics from project inception through to completion. He advises clients and owners on the specific qualities and requirements of complex venues—whether opera houses, concert halls, or theatres—working closely with strategy and operations teams to define the acoustic brief and outline the technical requirements.

He leads a team of acousticians providing expert guidance on room acoustics, geometry, finishes, sound isolation, noise control, and soundscaping, ensuring that every project meets its acoustic goals.
