Before joining Theatre Projects, Kate worked in client strategy at a creative technology studio, developing interactive digital experiences for Fortune 500 companies, leading cultural institutions, and top-tier universities. Her work bridged physical and digital environments, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling client experiences that she now applies to Theatre Projects’ evolution into new markets.

Kate’s career in theatre consulting began in business development, where she developed expertise in acoustics, venue planning, and performance design. This background, combined with her technology experience, positions her uniquely to help clients envision how Theatre Projects’ 65 years of expertise can serve contemporary needs across diverse building types.

With experience spanning the US, UK, Middle East, Australia, Asia, Europe, and India, Kate approaches business development as relationship-building rather than sales, valuing collaborative partnerships and authentic connection.
