Marion is the finance director for Theatre Projects in the UK. Her key responsibilities are in preparing budget forecasts and controls, internal accounting, and looking after all financial aspects of the company.
 
Born and educated in Germany, Marion moved to the UK in 1982 and became the company accountant for Smallwood-Taylor Enterprises, a music management company based in London.
 
She joined Theatre Projects in 1987 and was appointed as a director of the company in 1999. She trained at the Commercial Training Institute in Lüneberg, Germany and then qualified as a certified accountant from the Commercial College in Lüneberg.
