A stage manager, logistics mastermind, and general person of all trades, Megan Ianero brings a broad-minded voice to our business operations team. Balancing a background in varied performance environments with an administrative sense of systems and strategy, Megan operates behind-the-scenes to keep Theatre Projects performing at its best.

Megan joined Theatre Projects after a career in professional stage management, COVID safety management, and other front-of-house and front-office positions. She has worked with venues and producers as varied as Roundabout Theatre Company, the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, the Stephen Sondheim Theatre, Orlando Shakes, the National Alliance for Musical Theatre, and Urbanite Theatre in Sarasota. She has also held positions on the admin team at Urbanite Theatre and the sales team at Universal Orlando Resort. Recently you can find Megan working with Pocket Ghost Productions as a dramaturg and associate director on some of their latest immersive-style shows.

Megan received her bachelor of fine arts in Stage Management from the University of Central Florida. She likes to spend her spare time with a good book, taking a dance class, or enjoying all the theatre New York City has to offer.
