Molly Braverman joins Theatre Projects as a senior consultant on the Strategy & Operations team. As the director of the Broadway Green Alliance and a Broadway, Touring Broadway, and regional stage manager, Molly possesses a deep understanding of venue operations and how discussions around sustainability impact all levels of an organization.
 
In addition to her work with BGA, Molly previously served as managing director for Theatre Horizon, a non-profit professional theatre company in Pennsylvania, and she continues to serve as a substitute stage manager on Wicked and Hamilton. Molly has also lectured on stage management and sustainable theatre at universities and conferences around the country and internationally, including at Lincoln Center, the National Theatre, Northwestern University, Drexel University, USITT, and the Theatres Trust Conference.
 
Molly is a proud member of the Actors Equity Association and serves as a co-leader on their Climate Action Team. She founded the Philadelphia Green Theatre Alliance and was trained by former Vice President Al Gore as a Climate Reality Leader. She has a long-held commitment to working at the intersection of arts and social change and brings this passion into every project.
 
Molly received her bachelor of arts in drama and theatre arts from Columbia University and attended the Arts + Business Council of Greater Philadelphia Designing Leadership Program at Wharton School of Business. Outside of her many professional commitments, Molly spends time with her family and rescue dog Harriet B. Noodles, travels extensively, and was elected to a four-year term as democratic committeeperson for Philadelphia’s Ward 2, Division 12.
