Theo is involved throughout all phases of our projects from conception to completion. He works closely with architects and interior designers to achieve a complementary integration of stage engineering systems, lighting and architecture. He also collaborates with architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, and contractors to deliver the final design seamlessly and effectively. Theo provides bespoke advice to project engineers to ensure building services systems are always suitable for each space.
Projects in heritage spaces are a specialism for Theo. Finding creative solutions which carefully balance the needs of a modern arts space while systematically maintaining, preserving and enhancing heritage fabric and assets. Theo’s work consistently accounts for the environmental implications of the designs produced. Embodied carbon and low-carbon operations are always considered from the outset of every project. Outside of Theatre Projects Theo is learning to be an organist. His cat, Kit, regularly includes herself in project meetings.
