425 Park, Diagrid Club
On the 26th floor of the sleek and stunning new 425 Park, Theatre Projects assisted the design team in developing a versatile multi-purpose amenity space, allowing users to ably host a wide variety of events including live music, spoken word, banquets, and parties, with an ease of set-up, operation, and turnover. Known as theDiagrid Club, the floor features two meeting rooms that can also serve as dressing rooms, a catering kitchen, and performance lighting and audiovisual system and infrastructure, which are seamlessly integrated into the architecture. We helped plan the space and equipment systems to allow for future expansion as needed. In addition to its stunning views, and celebrated architectural form, the 670,000-square-foot, 47-story building is the first of its type to earn WELL Core and Shell Certification, ensuring the physical and mental health, and accessibility, of all who enter.
