Inclusion
Diversity thrives when people who are different from the majority feel invited, welcomed, and safe to participate. We value and embrace different experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives because we believe they’re the foundation for real innovation and creativity.
Sustainability
Our communities are important to us, so it’s important that they’re thriving and healthy. We’re always looking for ways to make our spaces more sustainable through green standards, processes, application of technologies, and operational practices.
Community engagement
We believe in the power of the arts, ideas, shared experiences, and human connections. So, our team regularly volunteers time, money, and resources to amplify the messages and issues that are important to us. Some organizations we’ve recently supported are shown below.

Our team brings together specialists with backgrounds in the performing arts, architecture, mechanical engineering, lighting design, acoustics, and more to offer a holistic approach to creating, renovating, or repurposing all forms of storytelling spaces. We understand the decisions that need to be made at every stage of the project and we know how to make a performance space work for artists, audience, and production teams.
