Central Arizona College, Signal Peak Campus – Don P. Pence Center for the Performing and Visual Arts

This renovation was part of an overall campus facelift of 12 buildings. In the existing 735-seat proscenium theatre, we redesigned the seating layout for the installation of new seats and updated the rigging and theatrical lighting systems.

We also designed and equipped a new 99-seat flexible theatre and support spaces. The renovation also included updating and expanding the lobby. This new center is a cultural hub for Pinal County. The state-of-the-art venue offers affordable arts and entertainment options to the student body and surrounding communities.
