With an 82’ by 24’ stage, balcony and stepped-down side boxes, the intimacy of the 286-seat space allows for the kind of dynamic and unforgettable performances that keep audiences coming back. The Leo K. sits inside the seven-story Eagles Auditorium Building, which originally opened in 1925 as the primary lodge of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. The adaptive reuse of the Renaissance Revival-style building, which had been abandoned since the early ‘80s, breathed new life into the neighborhood, earning the project team the Urban Land Institute’s Award for Excellence.
