Our work on this project began with an extensive study to envision an arts district in downtown Dallas and culminated in the design of two world-class facilities for opera and drama. In addition to the comprehensive plan, we completed a feasibility study, which included a needs assessment, market analysis, site assessment and selection, architect selection, programming, and concept designs. We later went on to collaborate on the designs for two of the venues in the arts district—the Winspear Opera House and the Wyly Theatre.
