Tuscaloosa Children’s Theatre
To prepare Tuscaloosa Children’s Theatre (TCT) for their future residency in the new Saban Center (City of Tuscaloosa), we developed an organizational strategic plan for TCT. At the children’s theatre, it is their mission to educate and expose the children of Tuscaloosa and surrounding counties to all aspects of stage performing and production.
Our strategic plan for the Tuscaloosa Children’s Theatre included setting measured growth goals and developing a business plan to serve as a roadmap for future funding, staffing structure, programmatic growth decision making, long-range capital planning, and ongoing maintenance/repair strategies. The Saban Center, where TCT will be in residency, will be an innovative community partnership to bring STEAM programs together with theatre, literature, museums, outdoor recreation, and interactive learning for children and families in Tuscaloosa.
