Wheeler Opera House

In 2019, City of Aspen asked us to explore the possibilities for expansion of Wheeler Opera House into an adjacent property. This work involved extensive public and stakeholder engagement on the anticipated impacts of the project, and ultimately several factors led us to recommend against the expansion. Instead, we offered market and community input to provide them with alternative options, followed by a review of their current operations, including recommendations on organizational structure changes, facility upkeep, and future technical upgrades.
