Daniel Walker
With experience working in technical theatre as well as in the manufacturing industry, Daniel brings a practical understanding of stage engineering solutions to our design work. His project work is wide-ranging and includes all elements of stage technology design from budgeting to building services integration, technical drawings, specification writing, and commissioning visits.
As a former technical crew member at the Lincoln Theatre Royal, Daniel understands the practical realities of how stage machinery is used for a variety of shows, including rigging and de-rigging of stage sets and fly work for shows as varied as the classic British pantomime and contemporary music concerts.
Daniel was awarded a Master of Engineering in mechanical engineering from Newcastle University, where he graduated with first class honors. He’s an associate member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and the Association of British Theatre Technicians.

Our Team
It takes a village to create a special place for a community to call home. Our team brings together specialists with backgrounds in the performing arts, architecture, mechanical engineering, lighting design, acoustics, and more to offer a holistic approach to creating, renovating, or repurposing all forms of storytelling spaces. We understand the decisions that need to be made at every stage of the project and we know how to make a performance space work for artists, audience, and production teams.
