Every study we do—from feasibility studies to needs assessments and other explorations for programming and planning options—has the users and community at the heart of it. We examine what the best options are for the people who will use the facility and how their needs can be best met, either through new build opportunities, adaptive reuses, or renovation/redevelopment options.
