Lora Karam

Project Coordinator, New England

Lora serves as our key liaison between our project managers, equipment designers, and theatre designers. She coordinates project deliverables with our project managers by assisting in the assembly and review of all documents issued to our clients. Lora assists with research projects and helps with a wide variety of general administrative duties. Other tasks consist of the logging and control of documents and the maintenance of accurate price lists for our project budgets.

Lora joined Theatre Projects after four years at Ginsburg Development Companies where she worked as the purchasing agent while performing administrative duties and supporting the director of site development and senior site manager.

Lora is a certified notary signing agent and an accomplished photographer. In her spare time she owns and operates three small businesses, Lora Karam Photography, DaisyWilder.com, and UnlockingConnecticut.com. Lora studied business law at Utah Valley State College and has a degree in construction management from Ashworth College.

Our Team

It takes a village to create a special place for a community to call home. Our team brings together specialists with backgrounds in the performing arts, architecture, mechanical engineering, lighting design, acoustics, and more to offer a holistic approach to creating, renovating, or repurposing all forms of storytelling spaces. We understand the decisions that need to be made at every stage of the project and we know how to make a performance space work for artists, audience, and production teams.
